This Privacy Policy explains how Holland Solutions LLC, doing business as Divine Gamos(“Divine Gamos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our websites, purchase our products, or communicate with us. We are based in the United States and serve customers primarily in the United States.

- Order and billing information — your billing name and address and a record of your purchases. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe); we never receive or store your full card number.

- Technical information — IP address, browser type, device information, and similar data collected automatically through cookies and analytics.
- Communications — messages you send us and your communication preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Deliver our educational content, coaching, and products;

4. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles your card information under the PCI-DSS standard. We receive a token and limited billing details (such as your billing name, address, and the last four digits of your card) but never your full card number. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe’s privacy policy.
5. Email and Text Message (SMS) Communications
We send transactional emails (such as receipts and account notices) as a necessary part of providing our services. If you opt in, we also send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Divine Gamos, we may send you promotional, educational, and transactional SMS at the phone number you provide. The following terms apply:
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our products and services without agreeing to receive text messages.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Message frequency varies. You may receive recurring messages based on your activity and preferences.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@divinegamos.com.
- Your mobile information and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We use your phone number only to deliver the messages you requested, for customer service, and for compliance.
SMS consent is managed separately from email consent. Opting in to one does not opt you in to the other.

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days). You may also use an authorized agent where the law permits.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, email support@divinegamos.com or enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, which we treat as a valid opt-out signal where required.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining purchase records for tax and accounting (generally up to seven years), resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You may request deletion sooner as described above, subject to legal exceptions.
10. Children's Privacy
Our products and content are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
